Meet our Leadership Team
Charles has an innate connection to the land extending through multiple generations of land stewardship and pioneering ways.
He has over 30 years' experience owning and managing businesses in the agriculture and horticulture industries including maintenance of high security, culturally significant, and religious significant sites, historically significant tourism related gardens, high yielding crop production, grower relations and advocacy.
He is hands-on, can-do, and results-driven, supported by good communication and strong client relationship skills. Charles holds a master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology, along with bachelor's degrees in Agricultural Science and Economics, all completed at the University of Adelaide.
Lyndall is recognised for her genuine connection with stakeholders, high emotional intelligence, and a leadership style grounded in warmth, integrity, authenticity, and credibility.
With a diverse background in community engagement and strong skills in executive, administrative, and governance work across multistakeholder environments, Lyndall is committed to delivering outcomes that put people first. She manages compliance, human resources, administration, and communications with care and attention, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting and connecting with the people she works with.
Whilst in her executive role Lyndall delivered stakeholder engagement initiatives that won the 2023 Regional Resilience Award in recognition of significant contribution of Regional South Australia (South Australian Regional Showcase Awards) and the 2023 Wine Industry Impact Award for Marketing (Wine Industry Suppliers Association).
